The School of Leadership & Executive Development trains learners with the capability, character, and the ability to develop others. Our programs ground leadership development in behavioral science, helping you understand not just what great leaders do, but why it works and how to adapt leadership approaches to your natural strengths and your team's needs. You'll develop capabilities that make you effective whether you're leading a team of 5 or an organization of 500.

MODULES

Module 1: Leadership Foundations

This module is for First-time sales managers, emerging leaders, individual contributors preparing for leadership roles, or anyone building foundational leadership capabilities.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Understand the character traits of world-class leaders

  • Build cultures that attract and develop champions

  • Master talent scouting, recruiting, and retention strategies

  • Identify and leverage key performance drivers

  • Establish essential performance management systems

Format:

  • 8-week program, ~2 hours per week

  • Small peer coaching groups (4-5 leaders)

  • Monthly reflection assignments

  • Final project: Present a team development plan

Certificate: Certified Leadership digital badge

Module 2: Executive Coaching

This module is for senior leaders developing coaching capabilities, aspiring executive coaches, HR/L&D professionals building coaching skills, and sales leaders who want to coach their teams.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Apply Behavioral DNA-based coaching methodology

  • Develop executive presence and strategic influence

  • Master high-impact communication strategies

  • Lead organizations through transformation effectively

  • Coach for both performance improvement and career development

Format:

  • 3-month program

  • Monthly 2-hour live sessions

  • Self-paced coaching modules between sessions

  • Peer coaching practice in small groups

  • Final assessment: Demonstrate coaching competency

Behavioral Leadership Workshops

Short-format programs for targeted leadership development

  • Business DNA Teamwork Workshop (3 hours): Understand team behavioral dynamics and improve communication effectiveness. Learn to adapt your leadership style to different team member profiles.

  • Leading Through Change (Half-day): Navigate organizational change effectively. Build change management skills, communicate through uncertainty, and maintain team performance during transitions.

  • Performance Conversations (Half-day): Master the art of performance discussions through goal-setting, feedback, accountability, and difficult conversations that improve performance without damaging relationships.

  • Coaching for Results (Full day): Build coaching skills that develop team capabilities and drive performance. Move from telling to asking, from managing to coaching.
