We deployed the COMBINE, testing consultative selling, territory management, product knowledge, and real-time thinking. Each salesperson was ranked against peers on specific competencies, and tailored development plans addressed individual gaps.

 

The exercise was ran in September. By year-end, sales increased by $180 million.
